Pasta fredda alla mediterranea

Ingredienti per ciascuna persona:
- 80g di pasta (paccheri o altro formato a scelta)
- 100g di mozzarella o ricotta
- circa 5 pomodorini datterini
- olive nere a piacere
- basilico qb
- olio evo qb
- sale
Procedimento:
la ricetta è di per sé super semplice :) Cuoci la pasta normalmente in abbondante acqua salata, scolala e condiscila con un filo di olio evo.
Taglia a metà i pomodorini e le olive e spezzetta grossolanamente la mozzarella.
Se scegli di usare la ricotta aiutati con un cucchiaino. Spezzetta anche il basilico.
Condisci la pasta amalgamandola bene con il formaggio e le verdure.
Se gradisci un sapore un pochino più particolare, puoi aggiungere insieme alle olive nere anche dei capperi.
In queste giornate afose ti consiglio di consumarla fredda, ma anche calda è molto buona.
